I've spent over a decade building partner channels. Over that time period I have worked for some of the biggest technology companies. Names that if I shared them you would know who they are. Not signing reseller agreements or exchanging slide decks and calling it a win. I’ve been doing the real work of turning partner relationships into genuine revenue.
One of my more recent roles is the one I am most proud of. I took a brand name systems integrator from zero pipeline to eight figures in just 9 months. That same partner went on to influence eight-figure deals in our favor at our largest accounts.
That kind of result doesn't happen by accident. It comes from knowing how partners think, what motivates their field reps, and how to build a program that makes selling your product the obvious choice. That's what I've done, for over a decade, at companies with the brand recognition to open doors.
