07. Will we own everything you build?

Everything we create specifically for your business is yours to keep. Your partner program, your portal, your partner agreements and any materials customized for your company belong to you. That said, some of what we bring to the table is proprietary to Channel Rocketship, including our frameworks, methodologies and processes like our 65 day partner onboarding system. You get full access to these tools and templates for use within your business but ownership of those frameworks remains with us and they cannot be resold, shared or repurposed outside of your organization.

08. How involved does our internal team need to be?

We are designed to take the weight off your team, not add to it. We operate independently and bring everything we need to get the job done. That said, we do need access to key stakeholders for introductions, alignment and decision making. The more accessible your leadership team is early on, the faster we move.

09. What happens after the 90 Day Channel Launch ends?

Many clients transition directly into Fractional Channel Leadership after the launch so there is continuity and momentum. Others take the program we built and run it internally.
